It is important for us to ensure ethical compliance from all the factories we work with. This is important to us but also important for the integrity and reputation of our retail clients.

We work with all suppliers to ensure suppliers are aware of the social, labor, human right and environmental standards that they must abide by. Where we find fault we ensure the suppliers abide by a strict timetable to reach the required standards.

Working Conditions

1.	Workplace: intohome requires suppliers to provide a safe and healthy workplace that complies with all local laws.
2.	Working Hours: Overtime worked should be compensated and in compliance with local laws. Vendors are encouraged to allow their workers to have at least one day off in seven.
3.	Fair Wages: Intohome will only utilize vendors who share our commitment to the betterment of wage and benefit levels that address the basic needs of workers and their families. Employees must be paid in accordance with the local and/or national laws or regulations as a minimum standard.
4.	Freedom of association: Workers shall have the freedom to organize freely for the purpose of collective bargaining.
